Truly enjoyed the way our clean twin room for the cot bed our daughter slept in was arranged. Shower facilities, a bidet, and bath sheets were a plus. In general the service was nice. Had opportunity to use wake up calls at no cost.
Hard to think of anything!

The hostess was nice and reasonable. The breakfast was well done.
The general condition of the riad was bad. Nice building, but in bad shape. Dirty floors and filthy materials. Electricity sockets and cords loose and not safe. You had to ask in the reception to turn on an extra pump every time you needed water for e.g. flushing in the toilets, washing hands and showering. Ants running around on the floor. Door was unlocked after cleaning. A lot of noise from the street. The riad was situated inside the medina, but the nearest area was very dirty and smelled bad.

The riad, dating back to the 18th century, has been lovingly restored with original features preserved, creating a jaw-dropping overall decor. The stone sink with fossils is a super highlight! The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, providing maps and suggestions. The hotel's proximity to the medina entrance makes it easy to reach with luggage. The heavenly scent of orange blossom oil fills the hotel. There are spacious family rooms available. Breakfast is pleasant and plentiful. The riad's strategic location allows for easy access to the medina, port, and beach. The hosts, especially Christoph, are incredibly kind and helpful, offering restaurant suggestions and more. The architectural details of the riad are beautiful, and the staff goes above and beyond. The only downside is the weak water pressure in the shower, but that's to be expected in a centuries-old building. Great value for the price.

I was pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome I received upon arrival at this charming riad. The owner immediately made me feel at ease and offered me a refreshing cup of tea. She then went above and beyond by providing me with a detailed map of the town and marking important landmarks to help me navigate. The room I stayed in was beautifully decorated with a modern Moroccan touch, and the riad as a whole had a lovely atmosphere. The owners, Gigi and Cristophe, were incredibly friendly and always available to chat or offer assistance. The breakfast served was delicious and satisfying. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

We had an amazing stay in a wonderful, locally situated accommodation. It was conveniently located in the old Medina back streets and right next to everything. We enjoyed delicious local cuisine at nearby restaurants and spent evenings in the common area downstairs. the room and bathroom were clean and comfortable with hot water available anytime. Excellent service was provided by friendly staff. Breakfast on the terrace was an absolute treat, with freshly made pastries, fruits, and lovely coffee. the roof terrace is also a bonus for sunsets.
The check-in process was slightly confusing due to a lack of staff present, resulting in a delay in our check-in.
